This policy covers the website sukhnirtower.com and Sukhnir Uploader, a private tool the owner of the Sukhnir Tower channels uses to publish and manage videos on the owner's own YouTube channel through the YouTube API Services.
Only the owner of the Sukhnir Tower channels. It is not offered to the public and does not sign in other users.
With the owner's permission, granted through Google's sign-in screen, the tool accesses the owner's own YouTube channel: videos and their titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions and playlists; comments on the channel's videos, to reply to and moderate them; and the channel's YouTube Analytics reports (views, watch time, audience and, where applicable, revenue).
Only to upload and schedule the channel's own videos, keep their details up to date, answer comments, and measure how the videos perform so the next ones can be better. The data is not sold, not shared with third parties and not used for advertising.
The sign-in token is stored privately in the owner's own configuration and is never published. Analytics figures are kept as private notes for the owner's planning. Nothing is kept about any viewer as an individual.
Sukhnir Uploader uses YouTube API Services. By using it you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Access can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions (remove "Sukhnir Uploader"). Stored tokens are then useless and are deleted.
Data received from the YouTube API Services is kept only as long as it is needed: video and channel details are refreshed from the API whenever they are used, and any stored copy is refreshed or deleted within 30 days. Analytics figures are kept as private planning notes and are deleted on request. When access is revoked, or on request by email to admin@sukhnirtower.com, all data obtained through the YouTube API Services and the stored sign-in token are deleted within 7 days.
Sukhnir Uploader is not a website or app installed on anyone's device; it places no cookies and stores no information on any user's device or browser.
sukhnirtower.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying visitors.
